*Because WBL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, $1045 of your program fee is tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason we are not able to hold an in-person event, your ticket will be transferred to the virtual event we are able to host in its place. To protect your investment in the program, WBL strongly encourages registrants to purchase trip or travel insurance via a site such as insuremytrip.com or similar. These policies run approximately $300 and can cover a registration fee, travel arrangements, and hotel fees.
Our refund policy is on a sliding scale, based on how much we have prepaid for your attendance. If for some reason you must cancel your registration, the refund policy is as follows:

A cancellation fee of $500 will be charged if canceled on or before August 1, 2023

A cancellation fee of $1000 will be charged if canceled on or before September 1, 2023

No refunds will be given after September 1, 2023.
HOTEL ROOM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
The deadline to change or cancel hotel reservations is August 28, 2023. No refunds for changes or cancellations will be given after this date. Please contact events@wbl.org if you wish to change or cancel your hotel reservation.
