Michael Sherry is a Partner in Aon’s Human Capital Solutions practice and has more than 20 years of consulting experience on a wide range of executive and employee compensation, board of director remuneration, and related governance issues. Michael has expertise in developing compensation programs for both public and private companies with a strong focus in the life science and technology industries.

Michael has been a frequent speaker and author on compensation and corporate governance topics for relevant industry groups and organizations such as World at Work, NASPP, The Conference Board, and Global Equity Organization (GEO).

Michael holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Prior to joining Aon, he worked as a Managing Director at Steven Hall & Partners and began his career at Pearl Meyer & Partners.
