Harriet Booker serves as President of Unified Women’s Healthcare, the nation’s largest women’s health platform and physician practice management organization dedicated exclusively to women’s healthcare. Since 2023, she has led a network of approximately 3,000 clinicians across more than 950 offices, 120 breast imaging centers, nationwide virtual care services, and 10 physician-owned laboratories, collectively serving more than three million women each year. She is responsible for end-to-end growth, financial performance, and most importantly, the physician, employee, and patient experience—driving record revenue growth, expanded EBITDA margins, and best-in-class satisfaction.

Prior to joining Unified, Harriet served as Chief Operating Officer of Option Care Health, the nation’s largest independent provider of home and alternate site infusion services. With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, she has consistently focused on enabling high-quality care, superior patient experiences, and exceptional financial results. Harriet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Colorado, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.
