Melissa Reilly is a healthcare executive, strategist, and advisor with over two decades of experience driving innovation across behavioral health, payer strategy, and healthcare delivery. Her career spans senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Aetna, and Evernorth Behavioral Health, where she served as Chief Growth Officer and led enterprise strategy and business development initiatives to expand access to high-quality mental health care.

Melissa is the founder of STLTH CNSLTNG, a boutique healthcare growth and innovation consultancy supporting early-stage startups, payers, and providers with commercialization strategy, partnerships, and execution. She has advised founders across behavioral health, MSK, SUD, women’s health, and care navigation, and has supported more than 400 pilots, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Known for her pragmatic approach and deep payer expertise, Melissa and her STLTH team bridge the gap between visionary products and real-world healthcare adoption. She currently advises and sits on the boards of multiple digital health companies and frequently speaks on innovation, access, and the future of healthcare delivery. Melissa is the co-host of the Hope, Power & Healthcare podcast. She holds a JD/MBA and resides in Connecticut with her husband and three children.
