Her career spans senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Aetna, and Evernorth Behavioral Health, where she served as Chief Growth Officer and led enterprise strategy and business development initiatives to expand access to high-quality mental health care.
Melissa is the founder of STLTH CNSLTNG, a boutique healthcare growth and innovation consultancy supporting early-stage startups, payers, and providers with commercialization strategy, partnerships, and execution. She has advised founders across behavioral health, MSK, SUD, women’s health, and care navigation, and has supported more than 400 pilots, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
