Debby Morris is a strategic, operational, and financial leader with depth and breadth of expertise in healthcare through an accomplished 30+ year career in leadership in private, public, national, and global companies. She is passionate about driving growth and profitability while improving the patient and customer experience. Debby currently serves as an executive with AccessHope, which connects employees who have been diagnosed with cancer and their community-based oncologists to renowned cancer experts from National Cancer Institute (NCI)–Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers. Before that, she served as CFO of Apria Healthcare (former NASDAQ: APR), one of the nation’s larger providers of home healthcare equipment. Debby has extensive experience scaling and transforming organizations through digital innovation, process improvement, and increasing workforce efficiency during rapid growth, industry consolidation, and other business complexities.

Debby currently serves on two public boards: Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE: REXR), a leading industrial real estate firm, and Biote (Nasdaq: BTMD), a leading innovator of therapeutic wellness. She recently served on the board and chaired the audit committee of EverDriven Technologies, an alternative student transportation platform, from PE firm’s initial investment in 2020 through growth into a national platform and sale to Charlesbank Capital Partners in 2024.
