As Chief Transformation Officer at Tivity Health, Natasha Deckmann, MD, is responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand business and enable growth across the organization. Dr. Deckmann is an experienced healthcare leader with expertise in healthy aging, payer and provider solutions, benefit management, digital technology solutions, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and operations.

Prior to joining Tivity Health, Dr. Deckmann served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer of SecureSeniorConnections, a digital platform to address social isolation and loneliness in older adults. She also was CEO of CarePoint Health System in New Jersey, a health system that included three hospitals and two medical groups, and Senior Vice President, Head of Population Health Solutions at Optum. She is on the board of directors of Option Care Health, Inc., the largest independent home and alternate site infusion services provider in the United States, and on the board of Two Chairs, a venture-backed mental health company.

Dr. Deckmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Doctorate of Medicine from the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University.
