Dr. Catherine Sohn is an independent Director on the Board of Altimmune, Maze Therapeutics, and BioEclipse Therapeutics. Dr. Sohn is Chair of the Compensation Committee at Altimmune and is Chair of Nom/Gov Committee at Maze. Dr. Sohn particularly enjoys advising CEO and boards of private biotech companies.
