Anne is the former managing partner of Grant Thornton, LLP’s Global Health Care and Life Sciences Practices. She helped launch this focus within the organization and grew it to a $250 million global business in 10 years.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, LLP, Anne was Partner in charge of Southeast Health Care Tax Practice at Deloitte from 2002 to 2005, and Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 2002. Anne’s 35-year career spans all aspects of finance and transformational change, including strategy, M&A, joint ventures, financial statement audits, corporate restructuring, governance, talent acquisition, executive compensation, IRS matters, and risk management.

Anne is currently on the board of directors for two public companies: Dianthus Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DNTH) and The Oncology Institute (NASDAQ: TOI), two private (PE-backed) companies: CitiusTech and Nimbus Therapeutics, and two non-profit companies: The National Marrow Donor Program and the Business School Foundation at William & Mary. She chairs the Audit Committee for each of her corporate boards. She is also on the advisory board for FCA Health Innovations, a $100 million venture capital fund.

Anne is a member of WBL, Women on Boards 50/50, and Women Corporate Directors. She is on the adjunct faculty at the Gillings School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Anne has a B.B.A. in Accounting from William & Mary and an M.S. In Accounting/Taxation from the University of Virginia.
