Michelle is a seasoned director, advisor, and health care executive. She has spent the last three decades transforming health care companies and delivering exceptional results for payors, providers and PE companies. She brings to the boardroom 20 years of experience serving on and supporting boards; as well as deep knowledge of organizational change, integration and governance needed to help growth companies build a foundation for success. She has varied background that includes Human Capital, Finance, M&A, Integration, and Value Based Care.
Michelle served as the CHRO of a $9b multi-state payor where she created an internal and external value proposition that raised engagement and organizational health levels to top quartile, and implemented locally and nationally recognized DE&I, compliance and ethics programs.
As part of the largest PCMH program in the country at the time, she ran a wellness and disease management product line across commercial risk, self-insured, government and direct to consumer segments.
Today, she is an advisor and board member for PE backed growth-oriented providers and service providers within the industry. She has has advised on strategy related to transformation, organizational performance, integration, provider recruitment & engagement, and value-based care. Michelle has helped growth-oriented companies grow into their full value through integrations, transformation, value-added product expansion, and practical governance.
