During this networking session, you’ll get to know your faculty mentor and cohort, all of whom can serve as valuable contacts during your board search journey. Faculty mentors are highly accomplished WBL members with diverse board service experiences who can provide valuable, on-the-ground insight into the board search process – whether it’s networking, the interview, or how different types of boards source candidates. They will provide advice, mentorship, and input to participants over the course of the program.
