Clarissa joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2019. She serves on the Board of RevSpring and is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies, including AirLife, EPTAM Precision, and Effective School Solutions. She has also previously been involved with Elevate Patient Financial Solutions, amongst other portfolio companies.
Prior to Frazier, she worked at McKinsey and Company, focused on the corporate finance and strategy practice in the technology sector, and spent three years with Bauscher Brasil, a start-up she co-founded.
Before founding Bauscher, Clarissa was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, focused on healthcare and educational services industries. Previously, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Sao Paulo. In recent years, Clarissa also had a brief passage working at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners.
Clarissa currently serves as the Chair of HCPEA Emerging Leaders.
Clarissa received her BA, summa cum laude, from FAAP and her MBA and Master in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
