Diana Verrilli joined DispatchHealth in February 2024 as Chief Growth Officer, a newly created role that unites the company’s sales and marketing functions under her leadership. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Diana is known for her transformational leadership and her commitment to expanding healthcare accessibility for underserved and chronically ill populations. At DispatchHealth, she drives growth and operational excellence while ensuring a patient-centered approach to care delivery.

Before joining DispatchHealth, Diana spent 23 years at McKesson Corporation, where she held senior roles in business development, corporate strategy, and general management. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Practice Solutions, she led the development of oncology care models, payer contracting strategies, and practice transformation initiatives to improve both patient care and provider engagement.

Diana serves on the Board of Directors for GelSana, a biotechnology company developing innovative wound healing solutions, where she lends her expertise in commercialization and growth strategy. She is also a Board member for Boulder Community Health, serving on the Planning, Finance, and Quality & Patient Safety Council, offering strategic guidance on business development and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she is a dedicated mentor to women leaders through WBL and a Professional Liaison for Greenhouse Scholars.

Diana holds a master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Smith College. She has co-authored over 30 articles and is a frequent speaker at national healthcare forums, including the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and The US Oncology Network Annual Conference.

When she’s not working, Diana enjoys mentoring hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
