Jessica Harthcock is an innovative and transformative strategy and growth executive. She is currently the Vice President of Growth for Optum Health’s Home and Community division, and is responsible for growing external client partnerships.

Prior to being part of the broader Optum family, Jessica was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Utilize Health, a neurological care management company that guides patients through the health care system driving positive health outcomes and cost savings for payers and providers. She ran Utilize Health for nearly a decade, prior to the company’s acquisition in 2020.

Among her recent awards and honors are the Sirius Star Award for Sales Excellence, induction into Louisiana State University's Hall of Distinction as Young Alumnus of the Year, Health Care Hero Award, 40 Under 40 Award, Women of Influence Award and Nashville Technology Council Startup of the Year Award. Jessica was also a TEDMED Front Line Scholar. She was also inducted into the National Spinal Cord Injury Association Hall of Fame.

Jessica sits on the Board of Directors of Freedom’s Promise, an international human trafficking prevention organization.

Jessica holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Performance from Vanderbilt University and earned a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University's Manship School of Mass Communication.

Jessica resides in the suburbs of Nashville, TN with her husband, Adam, and two children, Jameson and Isabella.
