Shanel Fields is the founder and CEO of MD Ally Technologies, a 911 telehealth company that connects non-emergency callers to virtual medical, mental health, substance abuse, and community resources. Prior to starting MD Ally, Shanel received her MBA from Wharton and led sales teams for innovative digital health companies. She has raised millions in funding to drive innovation in public safety and, as a market leader, champions new ways to optimize government infrastructure and improve access to care. Her work has been prominently featured on the front page of The New York Times Business, Good Morning America, and in Comcast/NBC’s docuseries on innovative founders - Founding in Color.

In addition to her work at MD Ally, Shanel serves on the board of Techstars, through which she champions early-stage founders starting impactful businesses around the world.
