With over 35 years in healthcare leadership, she previously served as President and CEO of Nathan Adelson Hospice, transforming it into a national leader in clinical excellence and workplace culture, earning a spot on Modern Healthcare Magazine’s "100 Best Places to Work" for eight years.

Carole recently hosted the acclaimed true crime podcast The Girlfriends, a global sensation exploring justice and female solidarity. Produced by NOVEL for iHeartRadio, the series reached #1 on podcast charts in six countries. Her advocacy efforts led her to become the first Global Ambassador for NOMORE.org, amplifying the fight against domestic violence.
