Barbara Senich is a biopharmaceutical and managed care executive with extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercial strategy, clinical product optimization, customer research/data analytics, managed care, pricing, and product management/launch. She possesses unique skills in creating managed care brand access, leveraging experience in negotiating on both sides of the table.

She joined the Intellihealth.co Board of Advisors in 2020, a private equity-backed organization providing comprehensive telehealth/digital healthcare for patients with obesity.

Prior to this, Barbara served as SVP, Product Marketing at ConnectiveRx (a combination of PDR, PSKW, LDM, and Careform) for affordability, access, and EHR communications. She created the market research function to support product development, sales, and marketing. Barbara held the position of SVP/Chief Marketing Officer at Generation Health Inc., an early-stage pharmacogenomics benefit management start-up later acquired by CVS Caremark.

Barbara created and funded the Research Innovation Endowment Fund at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) School of Nursing focused on the eradication of obesity. She is currently chair of the UNC-CH School of Nursing Board of Visitors. She also serves on the UNC-CH Board of Visitors in support of the Board of Trustees and the Chancellor. She volunteers with the UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Barbara earned her B.S. in Nursing at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her M.B.A. from Columbia University, Graduate School of Business, and her M.P.H from Columbia University, School of Public Health.
