Daphne E. Jones is a highly accomplished Fortune 500 CIO, digital leader, and board member with over 30 years of experience in general management and executive-level roles at leading companies such as IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Hospira, and General Electric. With a reputation for innovation and driving business growth, Jones has held several leadership positions at GE, including SVP for Future of Work, SVP and CIO for Product Engineering, Imaging, and Ultrasound, and Senior Executive and CIO for Global Services, where she led a $13 billion segment of GE Healthcare.

Jones is also an acclaimed author, having recently published her first book, "WIN WHEN THEY SAY YOU WON’T: Break Through Barriers and Keep Leveling Up Your Success" (McGraw Hill, November 2022), which draws from her own personal story of rising from humble beginnings to achieve great success.

Jones is an active member of several boards of directors, including AMN Healthcare, Inc., Barnes Group Inc., and Masonite International Corp. She serves on the Audit and Nominating Governance committees. In addition, Jones is the Founder and CEO of The Board Curators, a company that curates senior executives on how to best prepare to serve on public and private boards.

Jones' expertise and insights have been widely featured in leading media outlets such as Fox Business, TD Ameritrade, CNBC Make It, Cheddar.com, Fast Company, Fortune, and Forbes. In February 2023, she was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the trailblazing black executives changing the future of business.

She is a member of WBL, The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), CHIEF, Digital Directors Network (DDN), and The Accenture Cyber Security Council. Daphne earned her MBA and BS from Illinois State University.
