Linda Rebrovick, CEO of Impact Corporate Consulting, has served on the boards of seven global and national public and private companies. Linda is currently serving as an independent corporate board director of Guidehouse, Inc., HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM), CivicEye, and Consensus Point. Linda brings executive experience with some of the world’s largest technology and services companies, including IBM, KPMG, and Dell. She is leveraging her twenty-five years of board experience and over thirty years of management expertise to guide companies in the creation of shareholder value through inorganic and organic growth.
Linda excels in strategy, consulting, sales, marketing, and operations and has assisted her boards with the applications of innovative business and technology solutions. Through her forty-year career in the commercial and federal healthcare, government, consumer products, consulting, and financial services industries, Linda has built an extensive network of colleagues and customers.
Linda served on the board of Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: RBNC), from May 2019 to January 2022, when the board guided management through a merger with United Community Bank, Inc. (Nasdaq: UCBI). She also served on the boards of KPMG, LLP; Tribridge Enterprise; and Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc.
Linda is a 2021 Senior Fellow at Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative. She received her BS, Marketing from Auburn University, Harbert College of Business. She has been recognized as a member of ODK and one of the Top 400 Women Graduates of the past 100 years at Auburn University. She currently serves on the Advisory Board, Harvard University, Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics.
