Deborah is a CEO and board member with 20+ years of C-suite experience at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100. Deb built her career as an entrepreneur, founding, transforming, and leading healthcare technology companies that provide SaaS enterprise platforms for analytics, financial, and clinical applications in the healthcare industry.
Deborah is an active board member for both private and non-profit organizations. She is currently the Chair of the Board of HearMe Corporation and serves as a board member of FitOn Health. She also currently sits on the advisory boards of Recurro Health and Laguna. Deb is also a member of the board at The Grand Canyon Conservancy. She has previously served on the boards of directors of Medecision, GTESS Corporation, RosettaMed, and Solution Point, and on the advisory boards of Aveus and SourceMed.
Deb has an active advisory business where she serves in interim operating roles for businesses in the care management, telehealth, and behavioral health segments. She is also a limited partner at Hc9 and an advisor to PE and venture firms.
In her most recent CEO role, Deborah was President and Chief Executive of Medecision from 2011 to 2021, where she led the turn-around and profitable growth of the company to over $100M, establishing the company’s mission and market leading position as a digital transformation partner in care management and consumer engagement.
Deborah earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
